About Shrewsbury
Shrewsbury is a gated development of mixed homes: end-of-terrace, mid-terrace, semi-detached and a few detached houses, alongside some apartments and duplexes. Homes range from 61 to 140 m², with two to four bedrooms, most often three. Several are fully renovated and the rest are well presented. Red-brick appears on some houses, and one has been extended and one has an attic conversion.
Shrewsbury sits just off the Merrion Road in Ballsbridge. Nearby are the Merrion Shopping Centre, St Vincent's Hospital, Herbert Park, the RDS, the Aviva Stadium and Ballsbridge Village. Sydney Parade DART station and numerous bus routes, including the Aircoach, serve the area. Sandymount Strand, Donnybrook, Merrion Square, St Stephen's Green, Trinity College and the IFSC are within walking distance or a short drive. Dublin Airport is about a 20-minute drive.
