About the area

About Thorn Chase

Thorn Chase is a road of mostly terraced houses, with a few semi-detached homes. Sizes run from 62 to 95 m², and most have three bedrooms, with some two-bedroom homes. Most are well presented, and one has been fully renovated. Several have off-street or communal bay parking at the front, and one has an attic conversion.

Rush town centre has shops, cafés, restaurants, the Millbank Theatre, a library and sporting facilities, and golf and sailing are available locally. Rush has two sandy beaches, including North Beach, a short walk away. Rush and Lusk train station, Skerries and several Dublin Bus routes serve the area. The M1 is about ten to fifteen minutes by car, and the M50 and Dublin Airport are 20 to 25 minutes away.
