Change of use from a vacant unit to new bookmakers with associated internal alterations plus new satellite dish on rear elevation plus new shopfront signage: signage will consist of new internally illuminated pressed metal box with external surfaces in corporate green; 200mm fret-cut white "Paddy Power" and yellow "bookmaker" lettering; existing shopfront will be painted Paddy Power corporate green.

For retention of a temporary (2 year) change of use of part of unit 5 from retail (class 1) to use as a public information centre (class 2) in conjunction with the development of Adamstown SDZ.
