About the road

About Oak Road

Oak Road is a street of terraced and end-of-terrace houses, most with three bedrooms and a few with two. Homes measure roughly 70 to 81 m². Most are well presented, while a couple need updating. A few have been extended, mainly with rear kitchen extensions, and the street includes houses from different decades.

Oak Road is just off the Malahide Road and close to Collins Avenue, with bus routes on both. Artane Shopping Centre, St Anne's Park, Clontarf Village and Killester Village are nearby, as are Killester DART station, Beaumont Hospital and DCU. Parnell Park GAA Club and Clontarf Golf Club are within walking distance. The M1, M50, Port Tunnel, Dublin Airport and the city centre are easily reached.
