About the road

About Dargle Road

Dargle Road is made up of terraced and end-of-terrace houses, with homes of roughly 64 to 81 m² and one to three bedrooms, two being most common. Several have red-brick fronts and period features such as high ceilings and coving. A couple have been extended, one has an attic room, and conditions range from fully renovated to ready for updating.

Dargle Road is just off the Lower Drumcondra Road, a short walk from Drumcondra village with its cafés, bars and shops, and from Drumcondra rail station. The 16 bus route runs to the airport. Croke Park, Griffith Park, the Botanic Garden and the city centre are within walking distance. Nearby schools include Corpus Christi National School, St Patrick's National School and Scoil Mobhi. Na Fíanna GAA Club and Tolka Park are close, and the M50, M1 and Dublin Airport are easily reached.
