Ushers Quay is made up of apartments, with sizes ranging from 35 to 85 m². Most have one bedroom and a few have two. Several are well presented, and one has been fully renovated. Many have a balcony, and a few have river or city views. Some developments on the quay have a communal rooftop terrace and secure gated entrances.

Ushers Quay is in Dublin city centre, with Smithfield just across the Liffey and the Liberties, Temple Bar and Capel Street within walking distance.
