About the road

About Leeson Park

Leeson Park is a road of Victorian houses, mostly semi-detached with a terraced example, ranging from about 283 to 389 m². Most have five bedrooms, and all show period features such as cornicing, original doors and marble fireplaces. Some have been modernised while others are original or in need of updating, and one has been extended.

Leeson Park is a wide, tree-lined road with little through traffic. St Stephen's Green and Ranelagh Village are a short walk away, and the Luas stops at Ranelagh and Charlemont are nearby. Herbert Park, Fitzwilliam Lawn Tennis Club, Dartmouth Square and the Aviva Stadium are close. Named schools include Sandford Park, St Michael's College, St Conleth's, Loreto St Stephen's Green, Muckross Park and the Teresian School. Trinity College, UCD and Dublin Airport are reachable by bus or car.
