About the road

About Maryfield Crescent

Maryfield Crescent is mostly made up of semi-detached houses, with an end-of-terrace and a terraced house also present. Homes measure about 90 to 112 m² and most have three bedrooms. Several are well presented, and a few have been modernised. Extensions are common, and a couple of homes have converted attics.

Maryfield is a leafy, well-established estate in Artane. Artane Castle Shopping Centre is a short walk away, as are Beaumont Hospital and Artane Roundabout. St John of God and St David's schools are nearby. St Anne's Park is within walking distance, and Dollymount Strand is a short drive. Killester and Harmonstown DART stations are about a 20-minute walk, and bus routes serve the area. The M50, M1, Dublin Airport and the city centre are easily reached.
