About the road

About Philipsburgh Terrace

Philipsburgh Terrace is made up of terraced and end-of-terrace houses, most with three bedrooms and sizes of about 79 to 100 m². Several have been modernised, and most have been extended, usually with a larger kitchen and dining area. One has a converted attic. A few keep original fireplaces, and gardens mostly face west.

Marino is a residential area with Fairview Park, Fairview village and Marino Mart nearby, along with Clontarf seafront promenade and Westwood gym. Clontarf Road DART station, Connolly Station, the Luas and bus routes including the 123 serve the area. Griffith Avenue schools, St Vincent's GAA Club, the Casino at Marino, the city centre, the IFSC, the M1, M50 and Dublin Airport are all within reach.
