About Howth Road
Howth Road has a mix of detached, semi-detached and terraced houses, with several red-brick houses among them. Homes range from about 96 to 233 m², most often with four bedrooms and up to five. Many have been modernised or fully renovated, and several are extended, with a few attic conversions. Period features such as bay windows and fireplaces are common.
Clontarf Promenade and the seafront are close by, as are St Anne's Park and Fairview Park. Clontarf Road and Killester DART stations and Dublin Bus routes along Howth Road link to the city centre, the IFSC and East Point Business Park. Clontarf and Killester villages have cafés, restaurants and shops. Named schools include Belgrove, Greenlanes and St Brigid's. Clontarf Golf Club, Royal Dublin Golf Club, St Anne's Golf Club and West Wood Club are nearby, as are the M50 and Dublin Airport.
