About the road

About Clontarf Road

Clontarf Road has terraced and semi-detached houses, with a few end-of-terrace homes and an apartment. Homes range from 88 to 260 m², most often with four bedrooms and up to five. Many have been extended, a couple have attic conversions, and most keep period features. Condition varies from fully renovated to in need of modernisation.

Clontarf Road runs along the seafront, with Clontarf Promenade and cycle track across the road. Clontarf Village, with its restaurants, cafés and boutiques, is nearby, as are St Anne's Park and Dollymount Strand. Clontarf Road DART Station is within walking distance, and the 130 bus and a quality bus corridor along the road link to the city centre. Local schools and sporting facilities are close by, and Clontarf Baths is across the road.
